A valid credit card is required to hold ALL reservations. You will need to call this information in before the reservation is booked.

At Local Honey®, we strive to provide comprehensive, compassionate and timely care to every guest. To reduce the number of late appointment cancellations and missed (or “no-show”) appointments, Local Honey has a system-wide no-show/late cancellation policy.

We understand there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies. However, Local Honey reviews patients who 1) miss, 2) arrive late, or 3) cancel appointments within 24 hours, three times in a 12-month period. You will be assessed a 50% fee for that missed reservation, and may be required to prepay for future reservations.

When a guest has a pattern of skipped appointments, it prevents our salon from providing the best possible care to all our guests. To do this, we ask that you:

Arrive on time for your appointment. Please note, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment we may need to reschedule it to another day.
Notify Local Honey via iMessage at MyLocalHoney@icloud.com or phone at least 24 hours in advance if you have to change or cancel an appointment.
All data is encrypted and safely held at the highest International security standards.
